A fellow "sensitive" like you...
As a child, I grew up in a home where my needs were met and opportunities were abundant, but emotionally it was unpredictable, chaotic, and confusing.
And I felt it all.
I didn't know then, that I was reading energy. I would hear or sense things before they happened. Quiet insights that didn’t come from logic, but would later prove to be true.
Back then, I didn’t know what it meant to be highly sensitive. I just thought this was everyone’s experience.
But while the adults around me accepted “this is just how things are,”
I found myself thinking over and over again:
“That doesn’t make sense.”
Why were we supposed to follow rules that didn’t feel right? Why did people pretend everything was fine when it clearly wasn’t?
I learned to hide what I felt and what I knew.
The day it went deeper...
It was a typical summer day, with nature as my playground, when I saw an injured butterfly being carried away by ants.
Something in me couldn’t look away.
I gently relocated it and stared into the intricate patterns on its wings.
That’s when it happened.
I merged with the butterfly.
I was no longer looking at it.
I was it.
For a few surreal seconds, there was no separation.
I felt the pulse of the Earth.
I saw people across the world.
I felt their hearts and their pain.
In that moment, I knew something that went far beyond words: We are all connected.
It was a deeper recognition of what I’d already felt: There’s a deeper truth available if you can see beyond the surface.
That was my first initiation. A glimpse into the kind of work I would one day lead.
The final puzzle piece…
Years later, I became a Naturopathic Doctor. I trained in systems and protocols, but my Soul never let me forget the deeper intelligence I had touched.
After trying to do it ‘the standard way,’ I returned to a clinic that was pivotal in my own healing journey.
Only this time, I was the practitioner - not the client.
Early in my training there, I was asked to stay late to witness a case. A man had been carried in by his family. His colour was off, he was struggling to breathe, and he refused to go to the ER.
I was concerned, but all I could do was watch as a few hours later, after solely frequency-based support, he walked out. Breathing normally, colour returned. Grateful to be alive.
My mentor looked at me and said:
“You needed to see that so you could believe.”
And he was right.
That day, something locked in: We are energy first.
And when we return to resonance, we return to life as it’s meant to be.
You'd think that would be enough to change my outlook, but even after that experience, I desperately wanted to ‘fit in.' Yet, every time I tried, it took me further from my truth - and my body let me know! I ended up with the type of fatigue that makes even lying on the couch seem like effort.
It was then that I finally realized: The way I knew I was meant to serve… looked nothing like the path I thought I was "supposed" to be on.
Thus, my method was born.
I truly believe the remembrance of your original truth is the key that unlocks what you came here for.

I’m a mom to the most magical being I could call a daughter, and master manifester of the most supportive, loving husband I could have asked for (because I did - but that’s another story).
I’m a 5/1 Generator in Human Design with multiple undefined centers (which means I can read many different types of energy).
I’m a Gemini sun + moon, Virgo rising.
Born on a new moon.
And a 9 in numerology (I feel this is very "me").
All that to say, this is what I know to be true about me:
I have one foot in the spiritual, and one foot in grounded, practical action.
I don’t like being put in boxes (they don’t work for me).
My journey has been to transmute my shadow experiences into the kind of light that can help guide others.
